Stress Management and Resilience Workshops
Stress is an inevitable part of life - what triggers it and how we respond as individuals determines how well we navigate it. Understanding our individual triggers and behavioural patterns is key to implementing coping mechanisms and strategies best suited to build our resilience in order to reduce the impact of stress in our lives.
